Graduation request for extraordinary session

Useful information

Starting from the academic year 2018/2019, the "sub-conditione" enrollment status is no longer provided. At the beginning of the academic year, the graduating student must alternatively:

  • If they believe they will graduate, they must submit a GRADUATION REQUEST according to the methods and within the deadlines provided.
  • If they believe they will not graduate, they must proceed with the RENEWAL OF ENROLLMENT for the A.Y. 2023/2024.

EXTRAORDINARY SESSION A.Y. 2022/2023:

For students intending to graduate in the extraordinary graduation session of the academic year 2022/2023, scheduled for February-March-April 2024, the provisions of the Student Career Regulations for the academic year 2022/2023 apply.

If you intend to graduate in the extraordinary graduation session of the academic year 2022/2023, and if you have a maximum of 6 outstanding courses, you must mandatory submit the graduation request between October 1, 2023, and December 20, 2023, without enrolling in the academic year 2023/2024.

If you do not submit the graduation request by December 20, 2023, you are required to enroll regularly for the academic year 2023/2024 and pay the relevant fees. However, if you actually obtain your degree by the last extraordinary session of the academic year 2022/2023, you can request a refund of all fees paid for the academic year 2023/2024.

Those who have submitted the graduation request but fail to obtain the degree by the last extraordinary session of the academic year 2022/2023 can enroll late for the academic year 2023/2024 by paying the due and unpaid fees in a single installment by the deadline of the third and final installment.

In any case, the graduating student must provide information regarding their ISEE income. It will be possible to send a copy of the ISEE model to the relevant service center at the time of this late enrollment. However, the obligation remains for the student to go to a CAF or other authorized entities to request the ISEE value, so that the INPS (National Institute of Social Security) has the information by December 31, 2023.

In case of failure to request the ISEE value (from INPS, CAF, or other authorized entity), or in case of failure to authorize the University to retrieve such data, the student will be automatically placed in the highest income bracket.
