Study Plans

"Standard study plan"

The student, at the time of enrollment, is assigned a standard study plan, which must be completed independently by the student, directly online in the Self Studenti Uniss area.

The online submission or modification of the standard study plan for the academic year 2023/2024 can be done from August 1 to October 30, 2023, and from January 1 to March 15, 2024 (Departments may autonomously extend these time windows).

Additional exams, not assessable for the purpose of obtaining the degree, remain registered in the student's academic record as "extra" and may be subject to subsequent recognitions according to the current regulations. Their grades are not included in the average of the passed exams.

It is not allowed to increase the number of credits allocated for a curricular educational activity in order to attribute credits for autonomous elective activities.

The student who chooses an educational activity offered by a numerus clausus degree program is required to seek approval from the relevant Board of Study.

The student who intends to take exams scheduled for a subsequent year to the year of enrollment must comply with the constraints of prerequisites, attendance, and regulations provided in their own Degree Program. In all other cases, a specific request for an individual study plan must be made.

Individual Study Plan

If provided for by the Study Regulations of the course of study, the student may submit an individual study plan, which must be approved by the competent educational structure. The choice of courses must fall within coherent training activities, also in terms of credit points, as provided by the relevant Educational Regulations. In total, they must allow the acquisition of a number of credits not less than that required for obtaining the degree.

The request for or modification of an individual study plan can be made from August 1 to October 30, 2023, and from January 1, 2024, to March 15, 2024.

It is not allowed to increase the number of credits provided for a curricular training activity in order to attribute credits for autonomous elective activities.

The student who chooses a training activity provided by a numerus clausus degree program must also seek approval from the relevant Course Council.
