This year as well, the financial law provides the opportunity to allocate 5x1000 of your taxes to universities.

HOW IT WORKS

The 5x1000 doesn't cost you anything and doesn't entail an increase in taxes compared to what you need to pay based on your income. The 5x1000 doesn't replace the 8x1000 in favor of the Catholic Church or other religious denominations: both options can be exercised.

Our University has a clear goal: to reward the best students. The 5x1000 funds will be allocated to promote student merit and ensure equal access to education for all.

HOW TO DO IT?

To allocate 5x1000 to your University, you can:

Sign in the box "Financing scientific research and the University" on the income tax declaration forms and specify the fiscal code of the University of Sassari: 00196350904 Or indicate your intention to donate 5x1000 to the University of Sassari to your tax advisor or CAF when completing the income tax declaration.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Without the signature, 5x1000 will go to the State. With the signature but without the fiscal code, 5x1000 will be distributed proportionally among different categories. Donating 5x1000 to the University of Sassari costs nothing. In fact, it is not an additional tax and does not add to the amount of IRPEF.

SUBMISSION METHODS

• Model 730: CAF and telematic services on the website of the Revenue Agency (pre-filled 730)
• Model Unico: authorized intermediaries and telematic services on the website of the Revenue Agency (online Unico)
• CU (only for cases exempt from filing the income tax return): telematic services of the Revenue Agency or sealed envelope indicating the CHOICE FOR THE DESTINATION OF EIGHT, FIVE, AND TWO PER THOUSAND OF IRPEF, fiscal code, surname and name of the taxpayer, and the attached CU card to Poste Italiane, CAFs, or authorized intermediaries. The latter have the right to receive the communication and may charge a fee for the service.
