Enrollment Requirements and general conditions To be admitted to a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, you must have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable.To be admitted to a Master's degree program, you must have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad, recognized as suitable under current laws. For Master's degree programs with open access, the teaching regulations indicate the access requirements:- possession of specific curricular requirements;- adequacy of the student's personal preparation.ATTENTION: For the determination of the enrollment fee, starting from the first installment, the economic and patrimonial condition of the family unit will be taken into account, identified based on the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator). It is therefore necessary for the student to have requested (at least 10/15 days prior) from any authorized entity (such as the revenue agency website, tax assistance centers, INPS, chartered accountant, etc.) the certification of the equivalent economic situation (ISEE) of their family unit. Otherwise, or in case of failure to authorize the retrieval of such data during enrollment, the student will automatically be placed in the maximum income bracket. Before proceeding with the enrollment application Documents and information you need to have on hand:Personal details (personal information, address, phone numbers, email, and tax code)Identification document: During the enrollment procedure, you will be required to upload a copy (scan or image) of your valid identification document. If you don't have a scanned copy, you can take a photo with your phone and upload the front/back image of the document. (REMEMBER: The copy of the identification document will be validated during enrollment/registration.)Photograph: During the enrollment procedure, you will be required to upload a photograph (of your face, passport-style), which will be included in the enrollment application and any other University recognition documents. If you don't have a digital passport-style photo, you can take a selfie with your phone and upload the photo of your face. (REMEMBER: The photos will be validated during enrollment/registration.)Mandatory qualifications: During the enrollment procedure, you will be required to enter the qualification you have already obtained that allows you to access the Course of Study you wish to enroll in (Bachelor's and Single-cycle Master's degrees: high school diploma; Master's degrees: Bachelor's degree). For high school diplomas, you will need to enter the name of the Institute (you can search from a specific list), the type of high school diploma, the year of completion, the grade, any study program, and any year of integration.Statements of disability or Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD): If you have statements of disability or SLD, you will be required to upload the type of disability and a medical certificate attesting to it during the enrollment procedure. If you don't have a digital copy of the medical certificate, you can take a photo with your phone and upload the image of the document. (REMEMBER: The copy of the medical certificate will be validated during enrollment/registration and by the Disability and SLD Commission of the University. If documents are uploaded that do not comply with the University's policy, enrollment/registration cannot be completed, and the student may incur penalties. Also, remember to verify and update the medical certificate; it must always be valid.)First enrollment data in the university system: If this is your first enrollment at a university, the Academic Year will be the current one, the date will be the one on which you are completing the application, and the University will be the University of Sassari. If you have already been enrolled at any other university, you will need to enter the data relating to your first enrollment.Occupational status: You can indicate whether you are a working student or not, along with the percentage of employment (this information is solely for statistical purposes and has no other purpose).Enrollment mode: You can indicate whether you want to enroll part-time or full-time. (REMEMBER: Part-time enrollment has some limitations on earning CFUs during the year. Consult the Student Career Regulations.) Deadlines and procedure for enrollment Enrollment in degree programs (bachelor's, master's, and single-cycle master's degrees) can be either open access (with an initial assessment of preparation) or restricted (national or local).To proceed with enrollment in restricted access programs (national or local), you must adhere to the deadlines specified in the respective announcements and register for the corresponding competition.For enrollment in open access programs, you can proceed directly by filling out the online enrollment application. For the basic knowledge assessment test, refer to the information provided on the department websites, in the Student Career Regulations, and in the enrollment tutorials.The enrollment application must be completed online from August 1st to October 16th, 2023, from the following page: Self Studenti Uniss.Steps to follow:1. Register personal data on Self Studenti Uniss. Once registered, to access the reserved area, you will need to authenticate by clicking on Log-in and entering your username and password obtained during registration.2. Enrollment in competitions defined by the respective announcements (only for nationally and locally restricted access programs and for open access programs that require competitions for skills assessment). For more information, refer to the restricted access programs page.3. Enrollment in degree programs - you will need to click on the Secretary section and then on Enrollment in the menu in the Self Studenti Uniss Area and follow the online procedure. In the Self-Certification section, you will need to authorize the University to automatically acquire the data related to the Unique Substitute Declaration (DSU) from the ISEE information system managed by the INPS. In case of 1) failure to complete the Unique Substitute Declaration (DSU), or 2) failure to authorize the retrieval of such data, you will be charged the enrollment fees related to the highest income bracket.4. Save a copy of the enrollment application on your PC.5. Payment of fees; enrollment is automatically finalized upon receipt of the first installment of university fees by the University, and it is not necessary to visit the Student Secretariat.For more information, consult the online guide for the enrollment procedure.
