Deadlines

The academic year 2023/2024 begins on November 1, 2023, and ends on October 31, 2024. Normally, the academic year is divided into two semesters, and the start of teaching activities is set for October 1, with the exception of preparatory activities and entrance knowledge assessment tests, which will be determined by each educational structure.

• From August 1, 2023, to October 16, 2023: Period during which it is possible to complete the online enrollment application, enroll in subsequent years after the first, and grant authorization to the University to use one's ISEE data. 
• October 20, 2023: Deadline for payment of the first installment of the enrollment fee. 
• January 15, 2024: Deadline for enrollment in Master's Degrees for graduates, at Uniss or other Universities. 
• From August 1, 2023, to October 16, 2023: Period during which it is possible to complete the online application for enrollment in the 1st semester of individual courses affiliated with the mandatory attendance degree programs; for all degree programs without mandatory attendance, enrollment can be requested throughout the academic year (until July 31, 2024). 
• From January 7, 2024, to February 29, 2024: Period during which it is possible to complete the online application for enrollment in the 2nd semester of individual courses affiliated with the mandatory attendance degree programs; 
• for all degree programs without mandatory attendance, enrollment can be requested throughout the academic year (until July 31, 2024). February 29, 2024: 
• Deadline for payment of the second installment of the enrollment fee and the regional contribution (ERSU). April 15, 2024: Deadline for payment of the third installment of the enrollment fee.

• From August 1, 2023, to October 16, 2023: period during which it is possible to independently perform the following actions in the Self Studenti Uniss platform: 1) change to another study program; 2) transfer to another university; 3) course abbreviation and recognition of credits; 4) change of system.
• From August 1, 2023, to October 16, 2023, and from January 1 to February 29, 2024: period during which it is possible to modify enrollment to part-time status.

• From August 1st to October 30th, 2023, and from January 1st to March 15th, 2024, it is possible to fill out study plans online (standard plans) and make the choice or change of curriculum. Departments may autonomously extend these timeframes, or submit an individual study plan to the student office.

• From July 30 to September 22, 2023 (depending on the deadlines set by the transfer announcements for subsequent years): period during which it is possible to submit the request for release of the transfer clearance for Degree Courses with a programmed number of students already enrolled in the same Courses at other Universities. 
• October 16, 2023: deadline for issuing the clearance for incoming transfers to Degree Courses with a programmed number of places. 
• February 1, 2024: Deadline for accepting the discharge sheet from other Universities.

Deadlines for submitting degree applications for the sessions of the academic year 2022/2023:

• From April 1, 2023, to May 15, 2023: Session I - July
   
• From June 1, 2023, to July 28, 2023: Session II - September - October - November
   
• From August 1, 2023, to September 11, 2023: Session III - December - January
   
• From October 1, 2023, to December 20, 2023: Session IV - February - March - April.

Deadlines for submitting degree applications for the sessions of the academic year 2023/2024:

• From April 1, 2024, to May 17, 2024: Session I - July
   
• From June 1, 2024, to July 26, 2024: Session II - September - October - November
   
• From August 1, 2024, to September 13, 2024: Session III - December - January
   
• From October 1, 2024, to December 20, 2024: Session IV - February - March - April.
