X-ray microtomograph (Bruker skyscan 1172) The X-ray microtomograph is a high-resolution CT. It has a maximum resolution of 0.5 mm for samples as small as a few millimeters. Functionality It can analyze samples up to 5 cm in diameter (resolution between 5-10 mm). The maximum working voltage is 100 kV.It is possible to make and display 3D reconstructions of the sample. It is also possible to perform temperature-controlled tomography. It does not require sample preparation.
