Bruker Avance III Nanobay 400MHz NMR Spectrometer

NMR Spectroscopy allows to obtain structural, configurational and conformational information of organic molecules, to characterize both synthetic and natural macromolecules, and to obtain molecular dynamics data.

The spectrometer is equipped with a 5-mm PA BBO probe that enables it to perform liquid state experiments and record :

• One-dimensional spectra for proton 1H and heteronuclear ( 13C, 31P... )
• Two-dimensional homonuclear ( 1H - 1H ) and heteronuclear ( 1H -13C ) spectra.

It is also equipped with a 60-place Bruker SampleXpress autosampler.
