Collect the Doctorate Parchment

The Parchment may be collected from the Ufficio Alta Formazione, located in Piazza Università, on the first floor of Palazzo Zirulia, by appointment with Dr Michele Casu.

The issue of the Parchment may require the payment of a € 16.00 revenue stamp for careers completed prior to the inclusion of this tax in the annual fees. Please contact Dr Casu for verification.

Parchments will be issued to holders or their delegates provided with the proxy form below and copies of the valid identity documents of the delegate and the delegator.

In exceptional cases and due to the impossibility of collection even by proxy, the Parchment may be sent by postal service. The service may entail costs to be borne by the recipients. Please contact Dr. Casu for shipping methods and for the submission of the release form, attached hereto.

Duplicates of the Parchments will be issued, in the event of theft, loss or destruction, upon presentation of the form attached hereto to be filled out in its entirety and a copy of the regular reports submitted to the Police. Please contact Dr. Casu for any information.
