Student Ombudsman

Studenti in biblioteca

The Student Ombudsman ensures the impartiality and transparency of the University's activities related to teaching, research, and student services, which impact their rights and interests.

The Ombudsman also reports any malfunctions, irregularities, deficiencies, delays, and abuses towards the student body to academic, governing, and oversight bodies.

Furthermore, the Ombudsman may request explanations from the offices responsible for administrative acts or activities that may be subject to dispute, in accordance with the general principles outlined in the University's Statute.

Those eligible for this protection include students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate/master's degree programs; participants in specialization schools, doctoral programs, and university master's programs.

The Ombudsman also extends protection to those who are about to become university students, namely participants in admission competitions for numerus clausus undergraduate programs, specialization schools, doctoral programs, and university master's programs.
