The program included a large number of activities aimed at spreading scientific culture in the city and across the territory, through various and original forms of interaction with citizens in informal settings: exhibits, interactive and playful laboratories, popular science talks, workshops, debates, scientific coffees/aperitifs, and other initiatives for the active involvement of citizens.

The main venue for the event was the Eugenio Tavolara Pavilion in Sassari, on Friday, September 26, 2025, with activities from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, pre-events were also scheduled in the preceding days in Sassari and other municipalities in northern Sardinia, and events in collaboration with local schools took place in the following month. On the morning of Thursday, September 25, 2025, the SHARPER scientific exhibits and interactive laboratories were open for visits from primary and middle schools.

The event on September 25-26 was brought to life by over 100 researchers and university students, as well as dozens of science communicators from partner institutions, including fifth-year students from some local high schools.
