Patrizia Patrizi

Prof. Patrizia Patrizi: Scientific Responsible

A psychologist and brief strategic orientation psychotherapist, she is a full professor of Social and Legal Psychology at the University of Sassari. Appointed by the Rector for Occupational Well-being, she has been the scientific coordinator of the OrientAzione psychological counseling service since its establishment in 2010. She is also the president of the CUG (Single Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, the enhancement of worker well-being, and against discrimination) for the 2016-2020 term.

She is the president of the European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ) and a member of the "Legal Psychology" Working Group at the CNOP - National Council of Psychologists.

She is a member of the University Network for Counseling: training and certification of skills, promoted by La.R.I.O.S. - Laboratory of Research and Intervention for Orientation to choices. At the CPA Board (Conference of Academic Psychology), she has been the referent and coordinator of the working group on university psychological counseling.

She is the author of numerous national and international publications, including articles and volumes on training, orientation, prevention of youth distress and deviance, restorative justice, and well-being promotion.

Gian Luigi Lepri

Dr. Gian Luigi Lepri: Methodological Coordinator and Supervisor of the Service

An expert psychologist in legal psychology and brief strategic orientation psychotherapist.

Since 2020, he has been a counselor, methodological coordinator, and supervisor of the counseling and psychological support service. He previously served as a methodological consultant for the OrientAzione psychological counseling service at the University of Sassari. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SIO (Italian Society for Orientation) and has participated in various professional and research experiences internationally. He has worked as a designer, consultant, trainer, and supervisor in psychosocial, socio-health, and psychological-legal fields for ministries, law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and private social associations (Save the Children, SOS The Blue Phone, CEAS, Il Cammino, etc.). Author of numerous publications, he has presented at various conferences. He has been trained and specialized following the theoretical elaborations of Prof. Gaetano De Leo (1940-2006), continued by Prof. Patrizia Patrizi and her group.

Ernesto Lodi

Dr. Ernesto Lodi: Coordinator of the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Area

A psychologist and brief strategic orientation psychotherapist, Ph.D. in "Orientation Sciences," he is a researcher in Social Psychology at the University of Sassari, where he teaches "Social Psychology," "Work and Organizational Psychology," and "Positive Psychology, Quality of Life, and Psychosocial Well-being."

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the SIO (Italian Society for Orientation) and various national and international research groups on orientation topics, including the international research group on "Subjective Well-being," which aims to validate the Well-Being Profile scale (WB-Pro) (Marsh et al., 2019) in the Italian context in collaboration with Prof. H. Marsh (Universities involved: Sassari, Catania, Kore di Enna, Cagliari, Australian Catholic University), and the "Courage International Research group," which aims to deepen research on the construct of courage, provide new definitions, and explore its role in career counseling actions.

In the field of orientation, he is the author of numerous national and international publications and has been a speaker at various conferences. He served for many years as a counselor and research referent for the OrientAzione psychological counseling service at the University of Sassari.

Maria Luisa Scarpa

Dr. Maria Luisa Scarpa: Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Counselor of the Service

A work and organizational psychologist, systemic-relational family counselor, and psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in psychotherapeutic practice. She conducts training and orientation activities at various professional training institutions.

Since 2020, she has been a counselor at the counseling and psychological support service, and since 2011, she has served as a consultant for the OrientAzione psychological counseling service at the University of Sassari.

In her professional career, she has collaborated with various public and private organizations, gaining extensive experience in supporting individuals, particularly in the development of educational and career paths.

Maria Luisa Scarpa

Dr. Maria Luisa Scarpa: Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Counselor of the Service

Lucrezia Perrella

Dr. Lucrezia Perrella: Secretary Coordinator

A psychologist, she is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sassari. She holds a Master's degree in "Restorative Justice and Mediation for the Well-being of Individuals and Communities" and has a qualification as an Expert in Legal Psychology. She collaborates with the Chair of Social and Legal Psychology at Dumas (UNISS) and with projects in which the Chair is a partner in Italy and Europe. The working group also serves as the Restorative Justice Practices Team, established at the same University.

She engages in training, supervision, research, monitoring, and evaluation activities for public and private entities on topics related to social and legal psychology, juvenile justice, restorative justice, counseling, and orientation. She is part of the European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ) working group on restorative cities, representing the Italian city of Tempio Pausania (the first restorative city approach in Italy).

She is an expert in: community psychology; psychology of deviance; legal psychology and restorative justice practices; work and organizational psychology; positive psychology, quality of life, and psychosocial well-being (SSD MPSI/05; MPSI/06). At the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, she is a Teaching Tutor for the online course in Deviant Psychology.

She has served as a consultant for the university's counseling and psychological support service. She is part of the national research group on punitive and/or restorative attitudes in response to crime, in collaboration with the University of Enna Kore (Sicily, Italy).

She is the author/co-author of scientific publications, contributions to volumes, articles, and has presented at several national scientific congresses. Her current research interests include the relationship between well-being and variables of positive psychology. Her recent theoretical interests, also related to specific research projects, focus on the themes of restorative justice and university counseling.

Dr. Debora Moretti: Communication Area Manager

Psychologist, she holds a Master's degree in "Restorative Justice and Mediation for the Well-being of Individuals and Communities." In 2021, she was the winner of the second edition of the "Gianni Massa" Prize - University section for her thesis titled "Stereotypes and Gender: Social Barriers and Possible Support Solutions for Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Individuals."

She collaborates with the Chair of Social and Legal Psychology at Dumas (UNISS) and with projects in which the Chair is a partner in Italy and Europe. In 2023, she was a tutor for online courses held by the European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ) on introductory restorative justice.

She collaborates with the Restorative Justice Practices Team at the University of Sassari on projects related to the development of the restorative approach and the promotion of inclusivity in the cities of Tempio Pausania and Sassari.

She is an expert in: community psychology; psychology of deviance; legal psychology and restorative justice practices (SSD MPSI/05).
