Delivery of certificates to researchers

The Magnificent Rector, Prof. Gavino Mariotti, and Prof. Filippo Dettori, Vice Rector for Teaching and Rectoral Delegate for Teacher Training, have awarded attendance certificates to Researchers who have completed the training program on university teaching. These individuals were newly hired with RTDB contracts.

The course lasted for 30 hours and involved professors from various universities who have been involved in "faculty development" for years. In this case, the instructors came from the Universities of Cagliari, Padua, and Foggia.

Training activities were conducted in a workshop format to allow participants to identify effective strategies for addressing teaching challenges and to impart knowledge to the new generations.
