Visa and Universitaly procedures for Non-EU Students

Students arriving from non-EU countries and planning to stay in Italy for more than 90 days are required to apply for a visa and register on the Universitaly website.

Upon arrival in Italy, students must apply for a residence permit within 8 days of their arrival.

UNIVERSITALY PROCEDURES

1. Access the Universitaly Website
   Visit the official Universitaly portal to start your registration process.
2. Create Your Account
   Register by creating a personal account on the platform. You will need to provide your personal and academic details.
3. Complete the Registration Form
   Fill in the required fields, ensuring all information is accurate, especially your contact and study program details.
4. Upload Required Documents
   Submit the necessary documents, such as your passport, a copy of acceptance letter and learning agreement.
5. Confirm Your Registration
   Once the registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your inbox for any further instructions or updates.

Important: Keep copies of all documents you submit, as you may need them for your visa or residence permit application.
