For the period 2022-2025, the University of Sassari promotes and backs mobility with the following partner universities:
- Tbilisi State Medical University (Georgia): project aimed at students and staff of the School of Medicine
- Universidade Federal de Itajubà (Brazil): project for students and staff of the Department of Chemical, Physical, Mathematical and Natural Sciences
- Universidad de La Republica (Chile): project for the staff of the Department of Veterinary Medicine

Project duration: 36 months; Project end date: 31 July 2026
For the period 2023-2026, the University of Sassari promotes and finances mobility with the following partner universities:
- Université de la Manouba - Ecole Nationale de Médecine Vétérinaire (ENMV) - Tunisia. Project for students and staff of the Department of Veterinary Medicine
- Université de Carthage - École Nationale d'Architecture et d'Urbanisme de Tunis Tunisia. Project for students and staff of the Department of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning
