ESSE3 PA - Self-certification verification

Access to the student database for self-certification verification

The University of Sassari provides public administrations and managers of public services (art. 43 DPR 445/2000) with online access to data concerning students and graduates, so that declarations can be verified in lieu of certification and declarations in lieu of notarial deeds.

How to register for access

Send a digitally signed request from the legal representative via PEC to protocollo@pec.uniss.it using the form on this page.

The request must be complete in all its parts and all data must be included, and the forwarding/subscribing methods must be respected to avoid delays in the authorization process

What to do next

Upon receiving the access credentials, upon first entry into the system, it is necessary to reset the password following the instructions provided on the screen.

Accredited entities can access the database by connecting to selfStudenti.

The tutorial for database consultation (downloadable at the bottom of the page) explains how to consult and verify student and graduate data.

The relevant administration can then conduct checks on the correspondence of what has been declared through the PA code displayed in the top right of the self-certification or consult the academic records of students and graduates using their tax code.

For types of study courses not covered by the application or in the case of negative search results, it is necessary to send a verification request to the University of Sassari via certified email (PEC) to protocollo@pec.uniss.it, addressing it to:

  • the Student Services and Training Offer Office for bachelor's and master's degree courses;
  • the Advanced Training Office for postgraduate courses (doctoral programs, specialization schools, master's degrees, State exams, courses for support teachers, 24 CFU training path).
