Maker Faire Rome – The European Edition 2025 Call for Universities and Research Institutes 2025: applications open!

Also this year, Maker Faire Rome, the reference event for innovation in Europe, organized and promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, gives space to the protagonists of scientific, university and technological research with the Call for Universities and Research Institutes 2025, which will reward the most deserving projects of the State Universities and Public Research Institutes. Innovation will be the protagonist in all its declinations: from digital manufacturing to IoT, from robotics to Artificial Intelligence, from agritech to digital manufacturing, through Big Data and biohacking, up to the latest discoveries of the metaverse and augmented reality. Projects can be submitted online until June 23, 2025 at the link https://makers.makerfairerome.eu/ita/login?from=%2Fita. The possible ways to participate are: exhibition of the project, with the possibility of providing a bare area (free) or a pre-set 8 m2 stand (cost of 400 euros); workshop in the new area "Make Lab - Creiamo Insieme" (with the possibility of reimbursement, as per the regulations) **NEW 2025**; exhibitions, in a public and/or virtual space - with creative, technological, robotic or musical performances; talks (the programming of these activities could take place on dates other than those scheduled for the exhibition event, and in digital mode).
