International "Biomolecules" Award for a Uniss Professor

A prestigious award for research activity was given to Iogann Tolbatov, researcher and professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the Department of Chemical, Physical, Mathematical and Natural Sciences of the University of Sassari. The “Biomolecules Young Investigator Award”, established in 2019 by the international journal “Biomolecules”, rewards the results obtained by young researchers in the field of the study of the structures and functions of bioactive and biogenic substances, molecular mechanisms with biological and medical implications, biomaterials and their applications.

Professor Tolbatov, honored by the award received, will continue his research in the field of computational biomolecular chemistry, with the aim of teaching and transmitting his knowledge to the young generations of chemists with great enthusiasm.
