The University of Sassari will present the results of the UNISS Corporate Welfare Plan on Thursday 11 December at 3.30 pm, in the Aula Magna of the Historic Palace, an innovative project dedicated to the working well-being of the University's technical, administrative and library staff.

Following this, Stefania Sedda, focus group manager and coordinator of the listening and psychological support desk, will present the results of the focus groups with the technical, administrative and library staff, with particular attention to the positive factors that emerged, the critical issues and the proposals formulated by the participants.

The program will continue with the intervention of Maria Luisa Scarpa and Adriana Saba, psychologists and psychotherapists, dedicated to the Psychological Listening and Support Desk, with an in-depth analysis of the service and the importance of psychological support for the well-being of the university community at work.

The UNISS Welfare Plan, active since 2023 and financed by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, represents a unique experiment at a regional level. Born as part of the 2020–2026 rectoral program and the 2022–2025 three-year stress action plan, it is designed as an innovative, structured and replicable model to improve the organizational climate, support work-life balance and strengthen the sense of belonging. The project integrates innovative evaluation methodologies, combining qualitative and quantitative analyzes to adapt services to the real needs of workers.
