At the origins of Forensic Anthropology: meeting with Mark Skinner

Prof. Emeritus Mark Skinner of Simon Fraser University (British Columbia, Canada) presents his book-testimony dedicated to the case that marked the start of his career as a consultant in forensic anthropology. The work traces a complex investigation into a crime that occurred in Canada in the early 1970s.

Prof. Skinner worked for three decades at the Canadian university, establishing himself as a point of reference in the sector. Thanks to his advanced analysis methods, he has conducted a long series of surveys in different mass graves in critical international scenarios, including the former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and East Timor.
