A manual for future "sea sentinels"

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Sassari, the Asinara National Park, and the FLAG Nord Sardegna have collaborated on the implementation of a PO FEAMP 2014-2020 project aimed, among other objectives, at raising awareness and sensitizing towards marine ecosystem issues. The collaboration has led to the development of two dissemination volumes, aimed at primary and lower secondary school students, with the aim of providing teachers and school principals with a useful tool for basic knowledge to develop a sense of local community in younger generations.

On the occasion of the international event GeoNight 2024, the two volumes will be officially presented at the administrative headquarters of the Asinara National Park, with an event aimed at young students and teaching staff. Greetings from institutional authorities and interventions from the authors of the volumes are expected.
