Evil is not defeated forever

As part of the seminar series *"Fundamental Freedoms and Constitutional Regression: Why Rights Are Not Irreversible Achievements,"* organized within the Comparative Public Law course at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, a meeting will be held titled *"Evil is Not Defeated Forever: Memory as the Cornerstone of the Italian Republic, on the 80th Anniversary of the Marzabotto Massacre."*

Speakers include Giulia Simi, visual historian at the University of Sassari, and Elena Pirazzoli, visual historian from the Home Movies Foundation – National Family Film Archive and the Monte Sole Peace School. The event will be introduced and moderated by Carla Bassu, constitutional law scholar at the University of Sassari.
