Award ceremony of the Honorary Doctorate in Veterinary Sciences to Ilaria Capua

Please be informed that  thursday 4 December 2025 at 11:00, in the Aula Magna of the University,  will take place  there  Award ceremony of the Honorary Doctorate in Veterinary Sciences to Prof. Ilaria Capua . This will be the first Honorary Doctorate awarded by the University of Sassari.

Anyone interested in participating must book their place via  form  specific  by 1pm on 28 November 2025.

Seats will be confirmed based on the order of booking and until availability is exhausted.

After December 1st, anyone who has filled out the form will be sent an email to confirm the booking.

On the same day, at 9.30 am in the Botanical Garden, in collaboration with the weTree Association (of which Prof. Capua is a founding member), a tree will be planted in memory of Prof. Rina Mazzette.
