Course coordinator: Prof. Carla Bassu

Carla Bassu is a full professor of comparative public law at the University of Sassari, where she also teaches institutions of public law and public tourism law. She is registered in the special register of university professor lawyers of the Bar of Sassari, admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and higher judiciaries.

Attentive to the issues of fundamental rights and the form of State and government in a comparative perspective and to numerous scientific publications on the subject of comparative public and constitutional law, including the monographs: «Terrorism and constitutionalism.
