Since its inception in 2008, the International Summer School has served as a dynamic platform for critical engagement with environmental risk and spatial design and planning.

The participants are encouraged to engage across disciplines and apply diverse perspectives to fragile territories under stress and to propose a spatial revitalization plan of Montiferru region, which encompasses regional and spatial planning with interdisciplinary concerns across different domains.
