scientific, and in various other fields of the scientific community.
In this context, the Association promotes the eighth edition of the Woman of Science Award in Sardinia for the year 2026. The award is intended to
recognize and enhance the female excellences who have made significant contributions to the scientific progress and prestige of Sardinia.
The award is organized in collaboration with the Universities of Cagliari and Sassari, the INAF-Astronomical Observatory of Cagliari, the Cagliari section of the INFN, the Cagliari branch of the Institute of Neuroscience of the CNR, the Department of Public Education, support for
study and knowledge of the Municipality of Cagliari.
