Notice of competition for admission to the 41st cycle of PhD courses

The personal data transmitted by candidates with the application to participate in the selection will be processed, stored and archived by the University of Sassari and the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for operational, administrative-accounting and/or other obligations related to the management of this procedure and for obligations related to legal obligations and the start of their university career.

The provision of such data is mandatory for the purposes of evaluating the participation requirements, under penalty of exclusion from the competition procedure.

The data controllers are the University of Sassari and the Autonomous Region of Sardinia which guarantee interested parties, pursuant to articles. 15-18 of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 2016/679 the right to access, rectify and delete personal data transmitted in accordance with the methods established by the Regulation (EU). Candidates are granted the rights to access their personal data, to request rectification and integration as well as obtain the limitation of processing, by directing requests to the University of Sassari. The Sardinia Region is the owner of the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 24 of the GDPR in reference to the monitoring, verification and control activities envisaged by the agreement, by the Manual of Procedures of the Management Authority for use by those responsible for activation version 1.0 P. R. FSE+ SARDINIA 2021-2027), from the Management and Control System (SI. GE. CO.) of the PR FSE+ 2021-2027 Version 2.0, as well as from the Methodological Document for risk assessment for management checks, Version 2.0.
