I dati personali trasmessi dai candidati con la domanda di partecipazione alla selezione saranno trattati, conservati ed archiviati dall’Università degli Studi di Sassari e dalla Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, ai sensi dell’articolo 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679, per adempimenti operativi, amministrativo-contabili e/o di altra natura connessi alla gestione della presente procedura e per adempimenti legati ad obblighi di legge e all’avvio della carriera universitaria.

Il conferimento di tali dati è obbligatorio ai fini della valutazione dei requisiti di partecipazione, pena l’esclusione dalla procedura concorsuale.

I titolari del trattamento sono l’Università degli Studi di Sassari e la Regione Autonoma della Sardegna che garantiscono agli interessati, ai sensi degli artt. 15-18 del citato Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 il diritto di accesso, rettifica e cancellazione dei dati personali trasmessi secondo le modalità previste dal Regolamento (UE). Ai candidati sono riconosciuti i diritti di accedere ai propri dati personali, di chiederne la rettifica e l’integrazione nonché ottenere la limitazione del trattamento, rivolgendo le richieste all’Università degli Studi di Sassari. The written exam for admission to the PhD Course in Juridical Sciences will take place on 13^th October at the Department of Law, Sergio Fois Lecture Hall, Viale Mancini, 5 - Sassari. Candidates are requested to arrive at 9:30 a.m. for identification procedures. The exam is scheduled to begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. and will last two hours. Candidates who have opted for more than one exam will have an additional two hours at the end of the first two hours to complete the second exam.

All candidates for the Course in Medical, Surgical and Experimental Sciences, Medical and Surgical Physiopathology curriculum, are admitted to the interview.

All candidates for the Course in Juridical Sciences are admitted to the written examination.

NOTICE FOR STUDENTS WITHOUT SCHOLARSHIPS: Successful candidates who have been awarded a place without a scholarship, after completing their online enrolment, should NOT pay the fees but should notify the Ufficio Alta Formazione by email that they have completed their enrolment. Once the Office has uploaded the necessary exemption for the recalculation of fees, the interested parties will be notified so that they can proceed with the payment of enrolment fees.

NOTICE FOR SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WITH SCHOLARSHIPS WHO INTEND TO WAIVE THE SCHOLARSHIP BUT RETAIN THE PLACE: Candidates who have been awarded a place with a scholarship and are interested in renouncing the scholarship but keeping their place must send an email to the Ufficio Alta Formazione to request the upload of the €16.00 stamp duty required to send the renunciation request. Once payment has been made, they must download, complete and send the form on this page. The Office will then update the amount of the enrolment fees and the candidate will be able to make the payment. Please note that, in these cases, the activation of a position without a scholarship is subject to the provisions of Article 10 of the competition notice. Therefore, anyone interested in activating a position without a scholarship is advised to contact the Ufficio Alta Formazione before paying the stamp duty.

Enrolment in the PhD Course in Archaeology, History and Human Sciences must be formalised by Monday, 6^th October 2025.

Enrolment in the PhD Course in Architecture and Environment must be formalised by Tuesday, 7^th October 2025.

Enrolment in the PhD Course in Agricultural Sciences must be formalised by Saturday, 11^th October 2025.

Enrolment in the PhD Course in Chemical Sciences and Technologies must be formalised by Tuesday, 14^th October 2025.

Enrolment in the PhD Course in Culture, Literature, Rights, Tourism and Territory and in Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods must be formalised by Saturday, 18^th October 2025.

Enrollment in the PhD Course in Medical, Surgical, and Experimental Sciences must be formalized by Monday, October 20^th, 2025.
