Erasmus Welcome Day

The Erasmus Welcome Day is the annual initiative promoted by the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) section of Sassari, in collaboration with the University Erasmus Committee and the Office of Mobility and International Relations. The ESN Sassari plays a leading role in organizing the event, which will be the highlight of the "Erasmus Welcome Week" (October 14-20, 2024).

The event will begin with welcome speeches from the Rector, Prof. Gavino Mariotti, the Mayor of Sassari, Dr. Giuseppe Mascia, Profs. Claudia Crosio and Lorenzo Devilla, Rector's Delegates for International Relations, the President of the “Luigi Canepa” Conservatory of Sassari, and Dr. Chiara Sau, President of Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Sassari, who will also moderate the event.

The event will also feature performances by the Choir of the University of Sassari, conducted by M. Ciro Cau, and musical performances by students from the Jazz Department of the “L. Canepa” Conservatory of Sassari.

At the conclusion, the winners of the 5th Photography Contest, reserved for incoming and outgoing Erasmus students of the University of Sassari, will be announced.
