University fees

Studente

Dear students,

as already communicated last February, this academic year introduces important changes regarding the payment methods of the regional fee for the right to study (the so-called ERSU fee) and the procedures for exemption.

Firstly, the regional fee will be invoiced together with the third installment of enrollment fees starting from April 10th, with a deadline for both on May 5th, 2024.

We highly recommend paying close attention to this deadline since, starting from this academic year, the Sardinian Revenue Agency will take over the collection and assessments related to the actual payment of the regional fee.

Further information can be found on this page.

We also remind you that the following are exempt from paying the regional fee for university study rights:

  • Students declared scholarship winners and those who have obtained eligibility in the rankings for scholarship allocation (this exemption is automatic, and no communication from the student is necessary).
  • Students whose total gross family income is less than 25,000 euros and do not receive any other benefits related to their university courses; in this case, for the current Academic Year 2023/2024, it will be necessary to submit a specific declaration on the portal of the Single Desk of Services of the Sardinia Region. In the upcoming academic years, the declaration will be submitted upon enrollment, directly in the UniSS Self Student platform.
  • Students with a disability of not less than 66% or with recognition of disability under article 3, paragraph 1 of Law 104/92.
