Erasmus+ outgoing mobility for traineeship

logo Erasmus+

The Erasmus+ Programme helps students carry out full-time traineeship activities, recognised by their university as part and parcel of the student's study programme, in organisations (businesses, companies, professional firms and training and research centres) in one of the countries participating in the Programme. Mobility may last between 2 and 12 months (24 in the case of single-cycle degree programmes).

Trainees will have the opportunity to acquire new skills and competences, to experience and understand the culture of the host country and to deepen and develop their language skills.

The Erasmus+ programme also allows for traineeships within 12 months after graduation. In this case, mobility is only possible if students apply and are selected before their degree is awarded.

Destinations

Hosting companies and/or institutions must be located in one of the following eligible areas:

  2. in one of the third countries associated to the Programme: North Macedonia, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Lichtenstein;
  3. in one of the third countries not associated to the Programme: all countries not included in the previous list.
