SMAP III (CLOSED) SMAP III The Project aimed to prepare an ICZM Plan for the Area of Port Said (north-eastern Nile delta, Egypt) and to define technical and methodological lines for its concrete implementation and replicability. The target groups, intended as direct beneficiaries or stakeholders directly involved in the project implementation, are farmers and farmers associations, fishermen, industrial associations, Ministries, local administrators and decision makers, and NGOs.
